Financial Ombudsman

The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) is an independent UK body that resolves disputes between consumers and financial services firms. If you have a complaint about a lender, credit broker, or other financial firm that the firm has not resolved to your satisfaction, you can refer it to the FOS free of charge. The Ombudsman can order firms to pay compensation or change their decisions.
